The Ohio Cardiovascular and Diabetes Health Collaborative (Cardi-OH) is a statewide collaborative of health care professionals who share best practices to improve cardiovascular and diabetes outcomes and eliminate disparities. We’re excited for you to join us as we examine evidence supporting the role of diabetes specific formulas in addressing the nutritional and health needs of those with diabetes and obesity.
